Black Toro
Black Toro - Vin de Pays d'Oc
Black
Toro is our locally grown wild black bull. You can see these
animals in herds all around Camargue and Petite Camargue areas. They are
not used for Spanish bullfighting, but in the arena games, during which
some experimented young locals have to steal attributes hung between the
bull’s horns. Some local bulls that appear every week end in these
games get to be so famous that some of them get statued in the village
City Center.
Modern wine making techniques on very ripe cabernet sauvignon,
with 10% local grapes from local varietals - Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre
