White Stallion - Vin de Pays d'Oc

The Camargue horse, indigenous from this region, is a small yet energetic & sturdy horse who still lives in the wild, but also widely used by local cow boys for their work, as well as for leisure purposes.

Extremely fresh Chardonnay, with citrus notes, with the addition of 10% Grenache Blanc & Roussanne. Ideal for grilled fish, and all types of seafood.

Yield: 45 Hl/Ha

Direct pressing
Fermented at 14-16°C
Raising: Stainless Steel
Bottling: At the estate, vacuum, filtration
Alcool: 13% Vol.

Nuts and fruit are the main flavours in this lovely unoaked Chardonnay based wine. Enjoy it with fish, goat’s cheese, pasta with creamy sauce, and at any time of the day!
